Everything about trials, channels, compliance and pricing.
What is DialonCloud?+
DialonCloud is an omnichannel customer engagement platform that combines cloud calling, an auto-dialer, SMS and email marketing with a built-in CRM — so teams can capture, segment and convert leads from one place.
How does the free trial work?+
Join the beta and get 2 months completely free, then a flat $29 per month. No credit card is required to start, and you can cancel anytime.
How many agents can I add during the free trial?+
You can add up to 5 agents during the free trial, with access to all features and functionality.
Do I need my own Twilio account?+
Yes. You connect your own Twilio account for voice and SMS, so you pay Twilio directly at cost with no marked-up minutes. DialonCloud provides the platform on top.
Which channels does DialonCloud support?+
Voice calls with an auto-dialer and IVR, two-way SMS, and email marketing — all sharing the same contacts, segments and analytics.
Can I import my existing contacts?+
Yes. Import contacts from CSV and DialonCloud de-duplicates them automatically, so your list stays clean from day one.
Can I automate follow-ups?+
Yes. Campaigns & Journeys let you build automated email sequences with triggers, delays and branching — kicked off by a signup, a call outcome, an open or a reply. SMS and call campaigns run off the same contact list.
Is SMS marketing with DialonCloud compliant?+
Contacts who opt out are suppressed from future sends automatically. You remain responsible for collecting consent and sending at appropriate times, and we keep you on clean, permission-based lists.
What payment methods are accepted after the free trial?+
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, so major cards, banks and wallets are supported.
Is there a long-term contract?+
No. DialonCloud is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.
What does DialonCloud cost?+
Your base plan is $29/month after the 2-month free trial and includes a monthly email allowance; scale up by email volume as you grow. Voice and SMS run on your own Twilio.
